Founded by Evaldas Kalade in 2023, Kinetus emerged from a passion for high-quality electronics manufacturing. Situated in Kaunas, Lithuania KINETUS offers EMS services, mainly focusing on PCB assembly and custom electronics manufacturing.
At KINETUS, we are committed to providing you with exceptional services and support, and we work tirelessly to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our work. Being young and ambitious company Kinetus continuously seeking to expand capabilities and partnerships.
Kinetus specializes in PCB assembly - SMT/THT assembly. We adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards ensuring compliance and quality. Generally we apply IPC 610 Class 2 criterias for our production, but by special demand IPC 610 Class 3 might be applied. Quality is ensured with AOI testing.
We are most competitive in small (up to 100 units) – medium (up to 5000 units) batches.
Through strategic partnerships we offer ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services—providing a complete solution from design to prototype or final product delivery.
Applying 5S methodology for deploying more advanced production tools and process and 5D/8D problem-solving methods company continuously improving services.
